The general principles of the ordering process on this website are;
- Choose the Garment or Gift
Use the Shop or Products menu to drill down to the item required. Select the options and quantities of the items required e.g. College Hoodie, 2XL, Fire Red - Choose the Design(s) required for the Item(s)
Each item will give an opportunity to select Template Designs that are suitable for that item. For 'Own Design' items select this in the designs selector drop down lists. If ordering multiple, different items, just enter the appropriate quantity of each design before ADDing to the cart. Enter 1 if the same design(s) is to be added onto multiple items. e.g. The above hoodie could have Custom Template Designs and choose Alcohol, Design 008 - ADD to Cart/CheckoutWhen the selected items are ADDed to the cart, the cart status will be updated at the top of the page. To Checkout, click Proceed with Order after the last item, or click on the Cart Icon to go to the Cart and check your order. Click Proceed with Order to finalise your order and Checkout.
Enter in your details (use the note box to enter notes/instructions and the file selector to upload images or instructions) and select the appropriate Delivery and Payment Methods. At Checkout or BUY NOW, the order is finalised. Make a note of your Order Reference and use this in correspondence or on the Personalisation Forms. Your confirmation email will detail your order and give further instructions. - Personalise your items(s)
Whether ordering a single item or multiple items with the same or different designs; a Personalisation Form can be used or simply send instructions by post, email or phone. For small quantities of items with different designs or larger quantities with the same design; the appropriate Personalisation form will enable the correct details to be sent to us. For all other situations, instructions detailing which design is to go on which garment can be taken over the phone, by email or by using the Complicated Personalisation Form. All the forms provide upload links for files that can be sent electronically. (Even pictures of handwritten notes)
