Please complete the form below with your Personalisation Details.
You will need to tell us for each item the designs required using either the notes box or design reference.Please select the Front Logo colour option and the Name/Initials option.
The Names & Garment data file should contain a list showing for each person;
Full Name, Name/initials to be printed, size and colour of garment.

If 'Other' was chosen as the main design print colour, please detail the colour(s) required in the notes box.
For small customisations please use the notes box. e.g. Don't print full names in logo, use Arial Font
For more than 3 types of Garments items, simply use another form with email & order number filled in.
Use the first item number for the type of garment in the Order Details section;
e.g Red Hoodies Item 1, White Hoodies Item 6 & T-Shirts Item 12
