DELIVERY
Lead times specified allow for personalisation to take place once we have received final artwork information and the goods are in stock. Out of stock items can cause a delay to dispatch but you will be notified if this is the case - with an estimated dispatch date by email or text
Generally items will be dispatched as detailed below. All embroidery orders will take 7-10 working daya and will be despatched by next day courier.
Large Parcel or Courier
In Stock items* will be dispatched in 1-2 Days from date of order.
Dispatched items will be delivered in 3-5 days by post or 1-3 days by courier.
This would be for large items such as Hoodies and quantities of smaller items.
Small Parcel Post
In Stock items* will be dispatched in 1-2 Days from date of order.
Dispatched items will be delivered in 1-5 days by post
Small Parcel post is for items 160mm x 350mm x 450mm and under 1kg in weight. This would include up to 2 T- Shirts
For example a single White T-Shirt could be with you in 4 days. 30 Leavers hoodies with names would be a week and sent by courier.
